Return Policy

Please Note: We do not offer free returns. There is a fee for returns.

Is it Possible to Return My Order?

Yes, it is possible to return your order. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt. However, the order must meet the following conditions:

1. The order contains all necessary parts, components, and packaging as originally received.
2. Normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
3. Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. The product appears to be defective immediately upon receipt.
5. Shipping costs for returns will be charged to the customer.
6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognized within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

 How Can I Return My Order?

If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate the return process:

1. Send an email to: [info@wagoosh.com]
2. Include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- Customer's first name and last name
- Customer's address

We will then contact you and provide the return address. Do not send the return to the sender address; use the correct address we provide. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.

Cancellation Policy (STORNOBAU)

The consumer has a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions if: The consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) received the last goods.

Due to our fully automated system, orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery is completed by the carrier. Refunds are not possible upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (NAME OF THE STORE) via a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The repeal is completed when we receive the goods. The costs for returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.

Register for Shipments in Transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then send them back to us. You may notify us in advance of your cancellation. For the fastest possible return process, please send a shipment confirmation to us.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund any payments we have received from you, except for delivery costs (including any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). Refunds will be made without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the message about your withdrawal from this contract and the receipt of the goods. The same payment method used for the original transaction will be used for the refund unless otherwise agreed; under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund.
